Terms and Conditions for Orders on Travelgaadi.in
Verification Policy
1. Customers must complete a verification process before or after placing an order. The order will be confirmed only after approval.
2. Verification may include:
- Identity (Aadhaar, driving license, passport)
- Occupation (official email, employee ID, business card, social media handle)
- PAN verification (PAN number and associated mobile number)
- Address proof (rental agreement, passport, Aadhaar, utility bill)
3. One verification (identity or occupation) must be done via OTP.
4. TravelGaadi can obtain credit information for assessing creditworthiness.
5. If verification is incomplete or unsatisfactory, TravelGaadi can cancel the order and refund the payment within 3 working days.
Damage Policy
1. Customers are liable for damages, loss, or theft of rented items.
2. Damages are deducted from the security deposit; additional costs apply for extensive damages.
- Repairable: Actual repair cost + INR 250 logistics fee
- Irreparable: 70-90% of current retail price, customer keeps the product
- Loss/Theft: 100% of current retail price
3. Separate invoices are issued for damage, loss, or theft charges.
Security Deposit Refund Policy
1. If no damage is reported, the refundable deposit is returned within 3 working days via NEFT or UPI.
Rental Contract
1. Renting a product means the customer has usage rights but must return the product in its original condition.
2. The contract tenure matches the chosen rental period. No refunds for early returns; extensions depend on availability.
Payment Policy
1. Payment includes rental amount, refundable deposit (for some categories), and delivery/pick-up charges.
2. Payments can be made online or upon delivery via a payment link.
Delivery Policy
1. Orders are delivered on the selected date between 3 PM and 8 PM. Delays will be communicated.
2. Delivery is by third-party couriers who only deliver the order.
3. Report any damages within 2 hours of delivery for an exchange; refunds are not entertained post-delivery.
Pick-up Policy
1. Products must be returned the day after the rental period ends.
2. Doorstep pick-up is free and occurs between 10 AM and 1 PM.
Extension Policy
